YAHBELL ENTERTAINMENT: Is an independent recording company since 1997. This prestigious organization was founded by Michael J. Bell (Jah Mikes) and Kevin Howell (Blackson). They say, “Great men think alike”. This must be the reason why these two brilliant minds in the music business strongly believe that talent is a blessed gift from the almighty and should be developed to its fullest.

Talent, like the mind is a terrible thing to waste. For this and other musically inspired reasons, the YAHBELL Family has accepted and appreciated the fact that regardless of one’s socio-economic status, each with a talent that is intended to promote something positive and uplifting should be given the opportunity to do so.

Jah Mikes, the brilliance behind the success of YAHBELL Entertainment Recording & Production Company, was born and raised in Kingston Jamaica. He grew up in an environment where he was exposed to negative effects on talents in his cordon. He witnesses first hand, the struggles that talented youths in the Ghetto had to endure in order to make it in the music arena. He recognizes that most of the negative attributes are; lack of financial support, barriers imposed on “green” talent and more so, youths of this nature were never given the opportunity to pursue their goals.

The undying love that Jah Mikes and the YAHBELL Family have for the music and the drive to help others less financially stable, to develop their path in the music business, prompted him to become a promoter. His main aim is to provide an avenue through which these youths can get the level of exposure they need. The resulting factor is the birth of YAHBELL Entertainment Recording & Production Company.

The stage is now set for YAHBELL Entertainment to play its part in the field of music.
