Album Notes

Some mornings when we get up we feel great, other days we don\'t feel quite so good. Every day is full of all sorts of feelings, some of which we are comfortable with, and some we would rather avoid. Emotions affect us all very much in our everyday lives, and music is a fantastic way of feeling and expressing them. We wrote these songs as a resource for schools, churches and families to help children not just think about their emotions but feel them as well. Anger, sadness, acceptance, hope, and many other emotions are explored in this tried and tested collection of songs.
