Bourbon Renewal features "Little" Robert Do on harmonica, and Christopher "Kingfish" Guldner on bass, and a rotating gaggle of drummers that includes Savoy Brown's Dennis Cotton and Omar and the Howlers' Fred Tripp.

The band performs a mix of traditional blues and high octane blues rock.

Fletcher has performed on bills with acts such as Ray Charles; Popa Chubby; J. Geils; Robbie Kreiger (of the Doors); Gandalf Murphy and the Slambovian Circus of Dreams; Roomful of Blues; The Wailers; Bo Diddley; Tracey Nelson; Commander Cody; NRBQ and others.
