Album Notes
Floater's "Burning Sosobra"; is a musical collection that explores the band's broad range of song writing. Working again with Bill Barnett (Tori Amos, Cherry Poppin' Daddies) at Gung Ho studios, the band got a chance to record a very diverse selection of songs as well as getting personal permission from The Doors to record Floater’s own take on "Waiting For The Sun".
This release has been referred to by some as one of their more eclectic and harder hitting releases. With tracks like "Here Comes The Dog", "Exiled", and "Equinox" this album delivers the vast styles and emotions the band is known for.

I've loved Floater since I saw them live,awesome!
I've been a fan since I saw them live while touring for "Burning Sosobra" Album. If your a fan of great lyrics to inovative music this album is right up your alley!!

Floater is the most amazing band
This is probably my favorite Floater album to chill and relax to when I am having a bad day. It is relaxing and I love the lyrics, especially those to "Colorblind," I love this song.

Floater is the best band EVER!!!
I've been an obcessive Floater Fan since back in the day of the Venetian Theater in Albany...They are, in lack of other words, AWESOME!!!!!!!! If you haven't seen them live, you definately should do so!

This cd is one of the best I have heard from this band, and from the music industry in a very long while. The riffs are nice and catchy, lyrics easy to understand and every song keeps you wanting more and more! All the songs are rocking hard, even when they are on low volume. Definetely a must have for anyone's CD collection!

Yes, everything was perfect.
These days it takes an extremely good set of songs for me to actually purchase a CD. Floaters my band, they're the best, and I've enjoyed this album a long time from my friends' collections. I didn't buy the cd to support the band. Mostly I'm supporting thier recording companies who keep an unfair share of the profits. I support bands by going to concerts and sending emails.

wow, out of all of floater's cd's, this one is by far my favorite, and it is damn hard to pick a favorite, believe me. the music is amazing and like no other genre. no one else has ever compared to floater yet...unquestionably the best!
