Album Notes

Hello....this album is a compilation of songs I have written over the past decade. (Actually, I never write any of them down... like the Maasai, these songs have no written language) A few were made with some good friends in Missouri in '03. The rest are from various spots I have lived across the country. There are 27 songs on this disc, though your player will only show 20 tracks. Some songs are on the same track number due to crossfading. I present them to you here performed by the wonderful orchestra known as 'Fly Eye'.

REVIEWS

everything Andy Sheldon has touched
author: Mr. Salty Elbows
If you have stumbled upon this music, you are quite lucky. I have been a fan of Andy Sheldon's since I was 13, in 1994. My oldest bro was a student at CU in Boulder and brought me all the music he was into at the time. His music [starting with the Samples then] has brought me so much inspiration over the years, it has bled into my artwork and really had a profound impact in my life. These new albums are some kind of supernatural power. Surreal, Sublime, Odd, Emotive, Fun, Transcendental, Utterly Unique, Underestimated. This is the kind of thing we should be celebrating as true artistic creation, f@ck the Grammy's.

Long live Andy Sheldon!
author: Mark Jahnke
Another fun album released from "Wood," and it's a shame that he is not in the studio more, and on thr road touring more! Andy and Sam need to colaborate more and get on the road with Rusty running the sounds. I've given the album many listens since receiving it, and it's been a great addition to the iPod as well. So many different variables of music on this disc it's impossible to not be intrigued. Keep up the great work Andy, and let me know when you get back to the East Coast! markjahnke@markjahnke.com

Outta Sight!!

This album makes me happy, sad, puzzled, confused, concerned, thrilled, delighted, angry, scared, and hungry. I don't know why I have never heard of this band. Any group this good and diverse must be from Texas!!
