The Fondue MOnks are Texas based band that has been together for over twelve years with all the same members. The music has been described as a mixture of several styles
and has been coined as Texas Eclectic Gumbo. Brothers Zamorano make up the rhythym section and guitar by Steve Olson. The lead Vocals come from front man Denver Courtney. This band has played The HOuse of Blues in New Orleans,la to Stubbs BBQ in Austin,Tx. The MOnks are a regular at Mardi Gras, In Galveston,Tx and have garnered several nominations as best funk r&b group by local newspapers.Music with a positive message and music to groove to. This is the first of three CD's by the MOnks who continue to gain new followers each time they perform.This is the only CD of the three available that was recorded in just one weekend at Star Dog studios in Austin,Tx. The producer and engineer Charles Martin from Austin,Tx tweaked this recording so much that it is the best selling CD of the three thus far.
