Album Notes

Forever Moon is a Baltimore-based rock band whose blend of passionate lyrics, melodic harmonies and impressive musicianship has drawn comparisons to Tom Petty, Goo Goo Dolls, Tonic and Vertical Horizon. Forever Moon was formed in April 1999 by twin brothers Scott and Sean Patterson. After several summers of entertaining teenagers at a local summer camp, the two began to develop a huge following as an acoustic duo in the college town of St. Mary's City, MD. Since their formation, which grew to include bassist Colin McGough and drummer John Newberry, they have toured up and down the East Coast entertaining crowds with their high-energy shows and thought provoking lyrics. In their brief time on the music scene, they have had the opportunity to perform with several national and regional acts and in 2001 released their critically acclaimed self-titled debut album. July 2002 marks the release of Forever Moon's much anticipated sophomore album, FM Radio. Recorded alongside producer Matt Goldman (My Hotel Year, Smalltown Poets) and Rodney Mills (Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Sheryl Crow), this album combines the strengths the band displayed on their debut album with the considerable experience of their production staff to bring about a driving, rock album that continues to establish them as one of the premier bands in the region.
