Punk, metal, energy and pure volume!

Forge is an aggressive, intense and melodic combination of old school American Punk Rock (Dead Kennedys, Black Flag, Fugazi, Bad Brains) and Metal (Obituary, Iron Maiden, Sepultura, Helmet). Their sound consists of a distinctive dual-guitar approach, reinforced by an unconventional, overdriven bass, and solidified by hard hitting, thunderous drums. Forge's sound is completed by Aaron's unique vocal style that passionately conveys the lyrics.

Forge plays every show as if it were their last... A total, all out display of energy, emotion and volume that feeds the reciprocal energy between band and audience.

Cousins Aaron & Steve Greene met up with fellow Eastside Detroit native John Dearry in the fall of 2001. In the winter of 2003, drummer JoeSmith joined the ranks.

Forge has built an ever growing fan base through endless touring around the mid-west, east & west coasts as well as sharing the stage with such national acts as: Prong, In Flames, Papa Roach, Taproot, Rival Schools, Shadow's Fall and many more.
