It is not often a band like For The Horizon sneaks up on you. Five guys record five songs about love and death end up crafting an EP that is a refreshing take on the screamo scene. Their Purevolume and Absolutepunk features and subsequent EP release show with Emery in August 2005 has fueled the buzz surrounding FTH. Big things are expected from this band that has just celebrated being together for a full year. In that timespan they have shared stages with Armor For Sleep, Death By Stereo, Emery, Gym Class Heroes, Hit The Lights, Saosin and The AKAs among many others.
