Prattville, AL is the hometown of one of the most exciting and most diverse gospel quartet groups in the music industry. The Fountain City Spiritualaires was started by Eddie Brown and Eric Hardy in 2000. They both had aspirations and objectives to take traditional gospel music to a new height through writing and producing their own music. They are a young group with our own style in the quartet industry. Their music style appeals to both the young gospel enthusiatists as well as the tradtional quartet audience. Now beginning to make their mark after nine years of continuous hard work and prayer, they are releasing their first CD. The group was first introduced as the MBC Gospel Singers. Because of God's blessings and the maturity these men have demonstrated throughout their musical and spiritual growth, the group changed their name to reflect their hometown which is known as the Fountain City. Their CD is titled Running for Jesus. The recording took place in Montgomery AL and was produced by long-time friend Mr. Carl Williams who always seem to bring out the best in the group.
