On their third album singer/pianist Petra Woisetschläger and double bassist Udo Betz again interpret jazz and pop songs in their very own way,
This time they left their strict duo concept of the first two albums for most of the songs behind and invited guests to the recording sessions for the new album „smile“:
Markus Wessel plays an original hammond organ,dirko juchem plays bassclarinet and soprano sax and thorsten larbig did some additional arrangements and plays piano.
The first edition, released in Nov 07 in Europe was sold out within a few weeks,

Petra Woisetschläger studied classical piano at the Masterclass of Prof. Raymund Havenith at the „Hochschule f. Musik in Frankfurt.“ Since her graduation in 1990 she works as a solo pianist in the classic concert field. She performed at such great and famous european festivals like „Schleswig-Holstein Musikfestival“, „Rheingau Musikfestival“, „Heidelberger Frühling“, „Baden-Badener Sommer“ and others. During the 90’s she worked more and more with jazz and pop musicians and starts also very successful as a singer. Her deep, soulful voice fascinates the audience and the critics all over europe. Udo Betz works since almost 20 years as a professionel Bass Player, actually“only“ on the electric bass he finally studied doublebass, jazz and classical, with european greats such as Vitold Rek ,Thomas Heidepriem (Radio Big Band Frankfurt) and Timm J.Trappe (Radio Symphonie Orchestra Frankfurt)
Beside that he had lessons for a while in Santiago de Cuba and was student at masterclass workshops with David Friesen and George Mraz. He toured- among others- with a european circus show called „flicflac“, played bass for months on cruise ships in the carribean sea, and was on the road with european jazz greats like pianist Christoph Spendel.
