Unglued is Frankenpony's new independently released CD, and it's chock full of rich, tasty, high-energy, rock-n-roll goodness. The 3-piece band, from the Chicago area, has a unique, yet accessible style, combining melodic hooks with heavy guitars; plus imaginative lyrics, creative harmonies, and occasional surprises. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with chips and/or adult beverages.

Their influences are both old and new. Popular rock bands of the 90s, like Foo Fighters, Stone Temple Pilots, and Weezer have definitely influenced Frankenpony. But artists such as Elvis Costello, Todd Rundgren, XTC, Cheap Trick, and The Beatles were part of their musical upbringing.

The band includes: Rick Bennett - vocals and bass; John Griffin - guitars and vocals; and John Flamini - drums and what not. Rick writes most of the lyrics and music, but "the Johns" make it ROCK!
