Album Notes

At the end of a performance one night in Frederick, Maryland, a couple said that coastal Maine was a place they'd always wanted to visit but been unable to. They remarked after listening that my songs gave them a sense of having been there. I've always treasured that comment. I've lived in Stonington, Maine most of my life and made a living from the sea as a lobsterman as well as playing music all over the country. It was nice to know that I'd been able to capture a piece of the home I love and pass it on to a listener. Joining me on these CD's are many musician friends that I've been fortunate enough to work with over the years. We bring you the Maine experience with plenty of melody, harmony, and rhythm.
