A collection of cool hard hitting reggae rhythms, drum and bass tracks covering stories related to daily issues facing men and woman as they try to co-exist within each other's lives.

The title track "Tell me who..? speaks of infidelity and how it is viewed differently by the opposite sex. She is mine, which could have easily have been the title track is a warning to all men to keep their hands of the woman in the artist's life as he proclaimed and honor her as his empress.

If you wanna go, the fourth track on the album, dipicts a man who is confused, but needs to make a decision on what path to chose as he struggles with the idea of letting his empress go to seek happiness with someone else or work things out.
