Freebo's newest CD, "DOG PEOPLE", consists entirely of songs written about dogs.Inspired by his beloved golden retriever,Garbo, "DOG PEOPLE" contains brand new songs written by Freebo honoring the unconditional love, endless joy of the moment, and unwaivering faithfulness of our canine friends. Along with these original songs, Freebo sings his own versions of such classics as "Old Shep", "Old
Blue", and Neil Young's "Old King", all recorded with the help of his many talented musical friends.

    My Am Staff and I love this CD! Great musicians, catchy tunes and words that make me tear up, cheer up, and resolve to get home sooner from work every day to take her for a ride to the dog park! We also love the doggie sounds, the barking and panting. Excellent CD.

    Guys, I want you to know that your song More Like You is awesome and I used it with a slideshow that I put together for my daughter who recently lost one of her best friends, Jake, an Australian Shepherd. Only a few weeks after his passing I had to say good-bye to one of my sweet girls - a 11 yr. old choc.lab, Goose, and as my heart was breaking - I listened to this song again and with tears in my eyes - I decided that More Like You will always & forever - be my favorite song. Thanks.

    Shaggy grabbed me when I heard it on the radio--not just the dog lyrics but the composition. I listened to the whole album and it's definitely one I can listen to over and over. The lyrics are a bone-us.

    After catching a recent local radio interview with Freebo and Jim Photoglo, I thought I would buy this CD for my wife and guide dog Dublin. Enjoyed the songs a lot-- More Like You is something to live by. Will certainly turn on to other Dog People we know. Woof!

    Heard you do a sound check with 'Old Blue' this summer at the Wildflower festival in Richardson, Texas. You had a wonderful show and the dog tunes were great. Had to track this CD down. I put my own golden retreiver Elvis on the trail and he found it. Whoda thunk it?

    If you are a Dog Person, you gotta have this CD. All the songs are good although some bring tears to the eyes of this Dog Person. I especially liked 'More Like You' and 'She's My D.O.G.' but every song on this cd is great. I hope Freebo comes up with an encore someday! I'll buy it, for sure.

    I bought this as a gift for my wife, but I've decided to keep it for myself. Freebo, you knocked me out with this collection. Great Players, very clever lyrical twists and superb musicianship. 'Lester' made my wife cry like a newborn and 'Shaggy' (the ultimate get down and dance track) is STILL locked in my head after two days. Thanks Freebo..great stuff.
