Album Notes

The Freezing Scene is a duo consisting of brothers Jason and Adam Bodnar. Jason started playing piano at 5. Adam taught himself the bass, drums, and mandolin during high school. Jason watched with jealousy as Adam's talents evolved through other musical outlets. Finally, after much patience, The Freezing Scene was born in the summer of 2006, and accordingly declared themselves the best keyboard/drums/mandolin/bass brother duo in all of northeast Indiana. When they take the stage, an audience is at the very least intrigued, if not enthralled by what the brothers call their brand of "eclectro" music. A set list often includes a romantic ballad, songs that can easily be danced to, a rap song, and other songs with a dark tone that simply rock, without the need for any guitar.

The Freezing Scene recently completed their full-length LP "When Two is a Crowd," released on Recorded Recordings Records. The disc explores deepest layers of human relationships gone awry and the legacy of our soon to be former president.
