Album Notes

In march 2011 the Austria acoustic guitar trio FRESCH published their second album, titled „Vision“. Six songs and six instrumental pieces for three acoustic (western) guitars you can find on the CD. In 2009 a personal change in the band brought Sascha Esters, a brilliant guitar player and singer to FRESCH.
Along with him came a new kind of musical band feeling, inspiration and creativity. For some of the instrumental pieces (Bergluftkristall = mountain air crystal, Sonnenfeuerglanz = sun fire glitter, s`fliasst = it flows, Klangperlengewitter = sound pearl thunderstorm, Schmetterlingskuss = kiss of a butterfly) the three musicians – Erich „Esch“ Schacherl, Robert Polsterer and Sascha Esters – took their guitars, went out into nature, let them inspire there and then composed pieces of picture music for and from natur. The song „Brothers“ tells about the spirit of the world that all people share, played in an uneven beat and with a fantastic solo from Sascha. „I am here“ is about war and love. How does it feel to have no home and live on the road with your music (Homeless passenger)?
