FREYjA Australian singer/ songwriter based in Euruope

FREYjA won Best Jazz Artist Category for the Song Bye Bye Angel at the MusicOz Awards 2002. The Awards were prestented by Australian star James Reyne in November, where FREYjA performed to an awestruck audience of 500 at the IPAC Theatre.

FREYjA with Rebecca Rennie is a lilting EP of 7 masterfully written songs...each song delivers a blend of influences, crossing over between jazz, folk, latin...

I love this CD!!
What a fresh talent! I keep spinning this CD these days - Freyja's voice is so soothing, and I'm addicted! I like "Take the Child" especially. The funky track "Funk Me in C" is great, too!
