I've always had a large appetite for music Gospel, Jazz R&B, Blues, classical, Rock, Pop, country, Folk, World Music, etc. Listening to the essence of God, immediately (after recording the CD "Spirit Walk" with Robert "Rasa" Holman), the energy carried over to "Stop On By". I wanted to record some of the artists and songwriters who've inspired me George Duke, Kem, Will Downing, Randy Newman, Bill Withers, and Tim Camponischi aka Slim Man, Thank You All. My past came into play recording two of my songs (high school 1973 to college 1975) "Stop On By" and Is He The One". I didn't think too much of those songs until the Charles Cooper Trio (Brandon, Robert, and Charles) went to work on the project. This project became a Heaven and Hell of emotions concerning love, happiness, and pain. The angels brought this project together in the studios (Yellowhouse and Unband Music) through the musicians and engineers. The writing of Kenneth
Dave's "Why Must We Be Alone" and his arrangement of "Baltimore". Guitarists Victor Martin, Duane Tribune, Craig McMullin; Vocalist Vicky Young; Procussionist Rasa; Bassist Phil Raney; Vocal Arranger Michael Hester; the sax master Gene Walker; and the test survey heard on WJZA Smooth Jazz Radio, Columbus, Ohio. Thank You All PEACE and LOVE, FRISKY LONDON
