Infamous
To all worshippers of nostalgia, greetings.
This CD compilation is for all you ex-hippies and Flower-children of The Sixties. And also for all you unfortunate souls born too late to have participated in the mind-bending, consciousness-expanding experiences of those sexy, rebellious, and almost unbelievable years. The Sixties.
All of the bands and artists featured in this album were very active and in the middle of what was happening then. Especially in L.A. out on the strip in W. Hollywood, at clubs like Gazzaris, The Whiskey, The Sea Witch and others all over Hollywood and the Valley. The Joint Effort ventured north to Santa Barbara and did a show with The Doors at an outdoor venue.
All these bands and artists were well known and popular in Los Angeles and as you will hear, had what it took to be internationally successful had their karmas been kinder. Nonetheless, it's never too late to fulfill one's fate and this album will find its proper place in the fabric of fortune and find appreciative ears on those lucky enough to gain possession of Infamous.
