Forgive the Fallen is a regional hard rock band that hails from Baltimore, MD with a strong fan base in the Baltimore/DC/Virginia area. The band has shared the stage with many popular local/regional acts as well as National Recording Artists: Within Temptation, HELLYEAH, Otep, Bloodsimple, the Dear and Departed, Biohazard, Stemm and Crazy Anglos.
Instead of trying to sound like someone else, the band takes the approach of taking the best from their influences and melding it into their own sound. The music can be heavy with screams one minute, then a soft acoustic melody the next.
The band formed in 2005 with Adriana Galen being the last and most important piece of the puzzle. “As soon as we heard Adriana sing to our songs, each of us looked at each other with amazement and knew she was our vocalist.” – Guitarist Bill Wienecke
Adriana’s amazing voice and deep felt lyrics combined with the music written by guitarists: Bill Wienecke and Jordan Shea quickly created a unique impressive sound.
The band found instant chemistry in writing songs. After 5 short months the band wrote 10 songs and released a 2 song demo to help gain a fan base in the Baltimore/DC area. Forgive the Fallen’s hit single “Torn” found itself on the airwaves of 98 Rock and instantly became a fan favorite.
In 2007 the band recorded their self titled Debut EP with Emmy Award Winning producer Jerome Maffeo (drummer of national recording artist Jimmie’s Chicken Shack). The EP has received airplay from 98 Rock, Sonic Cathedral Sirens Radio, XM Radio and Underground Radio to name a few.
As the band moves forward in 2008 it is committed to writing new music to record a full length album with a scheduled release of early-mid 2009.

Forgive the Fallen is a really good local rock band that I have seen a couple of times in Baltimore and just had to buy the CD. I recommend that everyone supports their local bands by going to their shows and/or purchasing their merchandise.
