Album Notes
Fuad Javadov is originally from Baku, the capital city of Azerbaijan. He is a Member of the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers. Fuad’s works have been performed in Azerbaijan, Turkey, Russia and America.
Fuad’s interest in music developed at the tender age of seven when he began attending Piano lessons. Afterwards, he studied the music theory, took composition classes, and learned how to play the accordion. In 1990, he successfully graduated from the Azerbaijan State Music Academy, majoring in composing and conducting. His principal composition teachers included Leonid Vanshtein, Faraj Karaev, and his conducting teacher was Zarifa Ismaylova. Fuad’s composition, “Black January,” for the choir was his diploma work and has been performed every year in Azerbaijan for the anniversary of the tragedy that took place in Baku city in 1990 (The beginning of the end of Soviet rule in Azerbaijan).
In 1995, he moved to Los Angeles with his wife and son. Since then, Fuad has written music for a kids show and released four music CD's. One of his recent compositions, “Face of the War,” received many positive feedbacks from listeners from all around the world. Fuad’s music is easily recognizable by its unique style, melody, and harmony.
Currently, he is working on a new music CD, which will be released in the near future.
