Album Notes

Full Black Out is a seriously booty movin' Rock/Funk/Blues outfit, born and bred in the swampy stew of North Florida. The band's primary focus is to produce music that will move it's listeners, and keep em movin' and shakin' till well after the party's over. Full Black Out is all about bringin' the party. The Full Black Out experience is always fresh and original, and sure to keep a crowd coming back for more as evidenced by their ever expanding fan base. Drums, bass, dueling guitars, screaming harmonica, and multiple vocals make up the core sounds of the band. Add to that some unbridled creativity and a band chalk full of songwriters, and you get Full Black Out. "The disc captures the band's savvy, swaying sound to perfection, infusing it with FBO's trademark live improvisational energy. I defy you to just stand there like a stick while listening to such rambling rockers as "Windows," "Mornin' Glory," "Gonna Getcha," "Left My Baby in GA" and "In the Corner." Full Black Out cooks up a very savory stew of Allman Brothers-style Southern rock rave-ups, slinky blues, smoky bayou boogie and soulful ballads on the disc. Be sure to secure a copy of the CD, because you'll surely want to slap it on the player at your next pasture party!" - Katie Schardl, The Tallahassee Democrat

This cd hasn't left my changer yet. It f'n rocks to put it lightly. Thick guitar work, rippin' harp, and super fat low end rhythm section. 70s rock/jam in a modern package.
