Hit Songwriter/Producer Bobbi "Funkee Boy" Tammaro steps out from behind the scenes of writing and producing for other artists to release his Smooth/Contemporary Jazz debut CD - "RISE".

Paying tribute to the artists and songs that have inspired & influence his life.

This CD features remakes of classic songs from Bobbi's favorite artists such as Earth Wind & Fire, Stevie Wonder, Boz Scaggs, Teddy Pendergrass, Roberta Flack, Luther Vandross, and Kool & The Gang.

Inspired by the above artists, as well as, artists such as Tower Of Power, AWB, Brian McKnight, India Arie, Ne-Yo, Eric Darius, Najee, Brian Culbertson, Scott Wilkie, etc.

The CD "Rise" also features Funkee Boy's originals along with Hit Songs of today done up in a Contemporary/Smooth Jazz kinda way.
