ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The Furr are a Winnipeg based quartet that has developed its own take on rock n' roll. Inspired by 60's and 70's rock such as The Velvet Underground and CCR and more modern groups such as The Strokes and Against Me!, "The Furr is Murder" is a dirty indie rock sampler mixed with elements of pop, folk, and alternative imagery. After taking the earlier part of 2007 to prepare for and record the disc, the group has created a buzz in the Winnipeg music scene. Keep an ear open for internet demo's and a full length disc all within a years time.
