Since the release of their first cd, Covering a Decade, in 2002, the female duo known as Gailforce has continued to grow musically and to expand their fan base. Singer/Songwriters Gail Delagi and Tina Gordon continue to perform regularly in the Central Florida area. Eager to give their audiences something new, the girls went back into the studio in September, 2005 to record their newest cd, Christmas With The Girls.

Christmas With The Girls was recorded in Nashville, TN at Little Hollywood Studios, engineered by studio owner Dan Ramsey. With the addition of talented studio musicians, this latest cd has the additional instrumentation of keyboards, strings, and bass to accompany Gailforce’s signature sound of acoustic guitar, flute, and vocal harmonies.

In choosing songs for the cd, Gail and Tina wanted to give their listeners not only some of the classic Christmas standards (“Winter Wonderland”, “Silver Bells”, “O Holy Night”), but also some of their favorite lesser-known holiday songs (“Beautiful Star of Bethlehem”, “Let’s Make a Baby King”). Also included on the cd is a song written by Daytona Beach songwriter Donna Fant and Nashville singer/songwriter Eric Todd, titled “Home in My Heart For Christmas”.

Christmas With The Girls is a celebration of the Christmas season that will make a welcome addition to your holiday music collection.
