Enter the Mysterious Land of Ancient Egypt.. Travel back in time to the days of the Pharaohs.
Gale pulls no stops with this Fantastic Album.. She uses Water Canon Drums mixed with some of the most soothing flute playing and ancient Melodies you have ever heard..
One minute your hearing the Ancient Flutes and the next, your heart pounds to the massive drums and 180 piece orchestra that comes right out from the middle of the Sahara Desert. Totally Mesmerizing and Intoxictaing! This album has been used for meditating and body relaxation.
It would seem that Ancient Egypt lives not only on cable TV (Discovery, TLC, History channel) but also in the world of music. Gale wrote and composed 3 of the most fantastic albums you will ever hear in regards to Egypt.
This 3 album CD series is also playing as background music in the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities in Cairo, Egypt.
Maybe it is time for you New Age Music and Ancient Egyptian Lovers to take a good look at this fantastic piece of work.
There is music and sounds that you have never heard on the albums that are masterfully blended in with the Traditional melodies. The music is Modern/contemporary with traditional melodies that span over 5,000 years.

Gale, I combed through a LOT of albums at CD Baby and bought about a dozen -- yours was a "solid to buy" even as I dithered about many others. Great blends, textures, and very clean, firm flow of
sound... I'm listening to it right now... You even have nuances in the phrasings -- that's rare with
synthesized music. Awesome! Looking forward to hearing this (Best of Gale, vol. 1) many times! (I really enjoy certain flavors of New
Age. Not the jazz wannabe sound, but do I love the "crystals & meditation" aural support.)
I'll be back to CD Baby to find more of your stuff...
recommending to friends... Blessings,

"If they ever made a screenplay to my Book, "Messengers", Gale's "Pharaohs" Albums, would be used for the soundtrack, her music is Fantastic" - Julie Gillentine - Author

Truly awesome!!! I just got this Album.. All I can say is WOW! Not only is the music fantastic, but I got this in days and not weeks like other Albums I have purchased in the past from different Record Companies. Soon as I wear this Album out a little bit, I am going to order to the other two.. what a Genius you are Gale!
I almost passed this album up. Then I decided, Okay, okay, lets see what these people are saying is true. I Now have all three. Don't pass these Albums up, You'll be sorry. Gale, you have a fan for life.
Transported to another place is not the word. I sat down to read the paper and listen to this Album for the first time. I am thinking, Ambient music to fill the room while I read. Gale, I never got to the paper until the entire CD Album was done playing. I couldn't begin to tell you what I was thinking and saw in my mind.

I recently bought both this CD and "Per Ankh" (by Jack Wood); both CDs are highly evocative and make wonderful additions to my collection of Ancient Egyptian-inspired music. Recommended.
