Nurtured and raised with a rich, musical heritage , Gallaty cut his teeth on New Orleans R&B as a singer performing with such greats as Aaron and Art Neville ( the Neville Brothers) and Bobby Ridgely. As he earned his stripes playing drums in various bar bands, he began to write song ideas that he would later fully develop as he learned guitar and piano. Influenced by the Beatles and Stones, Gallaty focused on the lyrics and let his sharp sense of rhythm create the music to express his stories. There is no escaping the classic rock feel of each track, but the uniqueness of his lyrics make each song a new and exciting experience.
