Album Notes

Gareth Kear continues to be inspired by the rural landscapes of South East Pennsylvania and the never ending pursuit of new sounds on the guitar. On his second CD, he has continued to include a diverse collection of styles from electric blues, to celtic, to fingerstyle and even a little funk thrown in.

Unlike the first CD, he has now included the help of a couple vocalists on a few songs - as opposed to just instrumentals. There is a definite wry sense of humor to his lyrics. If you like a wide variety of music that is inspired by the influences of Leo Kottke and Jimi Hendrix, then you will really enjoy this CD.
