Album Notes

This debut album features 10 stunning original tunes written and performed by Rachelle Garniez, a veteran of the New York music scene.

Accompanied by a stellar ensemble featuring Joe Ruddick, Rob Thomas, Dave Hofstra and Phil Leone, the accordion-wielding chanteuse delivers an enchantingly quirky mix of romance and realism.

Sharp and spiky lyrics are smoothly presented in an old-style cabaret-jazz setting. Get ready for a brand-new deja-vu.

rachelle is super delux tops. and the audience 3 weeks ago was remarkable/ talented/ loving/ present (at the start of 3/07) disc lacked the acute passions of her and her team's actual presence---unless you can catch it all from the sound alone--- my memory is hitched to the event and renewed in my living room/ and that grand wonderful voice can stand to be by itself too
