Garage Country is a collection of songs about the
old West, as might be imagined by a car mechanic spinning tall tales in his head as he works away into the night.

From being an outlaw in the "Hole In The Wall",
to being settled down with his farm wife "Dirty Gurty".

But, then again, he becomes a ranch hand who likes to sleep out on the open range in "All Worthwhile Again".

Then he starts to think about an old girlfriend in the
"Barmaid's Song".

"Alabama Buzzsaw" finds him trying to tame a wild woman like a bucking bronco.

Once more he delves into the anatomy of an outlaw as he takes a look at "Black-eyed Bill".

And finally, he starts thinking about finishing up work and heading to the watering hole in "What You Need and What You Get".
