Album Notes

Singer/songwriter Garry Jackson hails from the town of Newmarket, Ontario, in Canada. Signed to Nashville-based Wild Oats Records, Jackson is possessed of a rich, soaring
voice, and writes poetic, melodic songs that blend folk,
Americana and soft rock influences. His newest CD, "Songs
Your Mother Never Sang" is an excellent showcase for the
artist's considerable talents. Produced in Nashville by
Steve Haggard, the new CD follows Jackson's appearance
(with four songs) on the Wild Oats Records sampler CD,
"Mighty Above All Things". (Garry also has an earlier
CD release, "Fool In The Rain".) Jackson has a busy 2005 planned... among other appearances, he will be performing in Northern Ireland at the First Annual Belfast-Nashville
Songwriter Festival in February 2005.
