gary richards was inspired at an early age to be a singer songwriter by his uncle vince catalano. uncle vince was one one of the fathers of early rock and roll. he was patti labelle's first manager and gained notoriety in the industry by co-writing a hit song with brian wilson of the beach boys titled, "you're my miss america." vince also wrote a top ten hit doo wop song, "coney island baby" for the excellents.
gary has performed on nationwide broadcasts including television specials and radio shows. gary performs in the tri-state area doing cover tunes, gospel, and his original christian music.
