“Glasgow Coma Scale” is a slightly unorthodox piano-trio based around the compositions of Norwegian pianist Eirik Minde. The group have just released the album “El camino del arête perdido” where you can hear Colombian drummer Pedro Ojeda Acosta, Austrian bassplayer Philipp Moll and Minde himself in what is jokingly referred to as “ a musical gladiator arena”. Moll is a London-based musician and composer and him Minde have cooperated on a lot of different projects, for example Molls own band “Killerfernadez”. They got together with their Colombian colleague through the Feitaboogie-collective, of which Minde is one of the founders.
The style of the group is acoustic, but with a lot of humoristic influences from different styles and eras.
