From the humble and shy beginnings as a featured child soloist in her local church, emerged the confident and professional entertainer featured on this, her latest CD release. After two successful recording projects into the Rock and Pop genres she has now danced the light fandango into the world of Jazz. They reflect her appreciation for this most American of all music styles. Her roots of Gospel and Rock and Roll, as well as her love for interpretive Jazz styling are clearly evident as she croons her way through the impressive selection of material featured on this CD.
She has surrounded herself with an impressive array of musicians to compliment her interpretations. Matthew Smith on keyboards and Johnny Sanford on the silky Saxophone have long been an interregnal part of Gloria's live performances as well as in the recording studio.
