Shawn Gelsinger is a singer/songwriter from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. He plays guitar, bass and harmonica. His songs are straight ahead blues based rock and roll. Shawn's musical influences are varied and include the following artists: Bruce Springsteen, Lynyrd Skynyrd, SRV, Big Sugar, Bob Seger, The Rolling Stones, The Faces, The Kinks, Mott the Hoople, The New York Dolls, The Ramones, George Thorogood and ZZ Top....just to name a few. He used to play in an early version of a band now called Tango Sierra.
Shawn played all the instruments on this 4 song demo. He recorded it in his basement studio at his home in Saskatoon. Going for a raw, in your face, feel over perfection type of performance, Shawn kept many first takes while recording this disc.
