Band Name: Genesis Be aka Lo-Key

Residence: Biloxi, MS

 2000 At age fourteen I began writing songs for my debut album “17 In America.”

 2001 Performed at WJZD Talent Show.

 2002 Won Best Hip Hop artist at WJZD Talent Show

 2003 Wrote “Rhapsody.” Performed with live orchestra at Beau Rivage Resort and Casino

 2005. Age 18. Release first album “17 In America”. Distributed to stores at Soundshop and Be-Bop. Available at www.cdbaby.com .Played role of executive producer, songwriter, performer and arranger.

 2005 Summer. Opened for various mainstream artist at Yankee Stadium. *see Live Performance DVD.

 2005 Fall. Release Radio Hit “FEMA Check” Followed single with video. Single and video sold in stores in Biloxi, MS and New Orleans, LA.

 2006. Winter. Began Business Management Classes and MGCCC Jefferson Davis Campus. Founded Open Sky Artworks.

 2006. Summer. Release second album “18 In America.” Coordinated album release party. Played role of arranger, executive producer (Open Sky Artworks), songwriter and performer.

 After submitting past musical material and dvd of live performances, I was accepted to Clive Davis’ Department of Recorded Music (Located at NYU) on a half scholarship.
