Gene Stewart, born in the city of Columbus, Ohio ....now live in the suburbs of Chicago, best known as the man with the silk smooth voice. He's performed with such artists as: Marvin Winans, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, his brother
"The late Jermaine Stewart", Michael Bolton, and Oleta Adams, Bobby Jones and the new Life singers.

And now a member of the Legendary Soul Stirrers, who was inducted into the Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame, and now has his name added to the list of Inductee's.

As a kid, I've alway's looked at Sam Cooke as my idol. The gift of song is through the art in how you deliver or sing that song. Sam Cooke with his smooth soul sound, can deliver a song in a way no other artist can.

Sam Cooke Has been remembered as one of the leading all-time great, male vocalists of our era. Mr. Soul is what he's been called, "SOUL" was originally formed by him. Tragically this outstanding performer died in the prime of life, while still having so much to offer.

This is my personal tribute to Sam, that I offer to you and his family. These wonderful songs once recorded and written by Sam Cooke are my favorites and yours.
