Geoff Bennett

As a percussionist Geoff has created scores for over 40 dance/theatre performances,played in bands "Fancy Pants Hoodlum" with Merrill Nisker aka Peaches,and "Anti-Gravity Janitors" with Wally Jericho ,written and produced two solo percussion recordings and created the scores for a handfull of feature films and a plethora of television (see website for what's playing near you).His CD "Next Of Skin" was released in 2005 and Geoff is currently in productuion on a new cd slated for release in 2009.

In 2000/2001 Geoff was a featured performer in AEROS
performing live percussion solo's and accompanying the outstanding original musical score by TTG Music .A film of the live performance of "AEROS:Inside Upside Down", premiered on BRAVO US. on October 21, 2001.

AEROS features gold medal-winning gymnasts from the Romanian Gymnastics Federation, directed by Daniel Ezralow, David Parsons and Moses Pendleton in collaboration with "STOMP" creators Luke Cresswell and Steve McNicholas.


Geoff was principal accompanist from 1988-2001 for Dancemakers Company under Artistic Director Serge Bennathan. During this time he also played extensively at The National Ballet School and Toronto Dance Theatre.
