Desperate House Wife is a song on George Cahill's Relevant album. This song deals with the daily emotional struggle so many desperate house wives face on a day to day basis. When you listen to The lyrics in Cahill's song they actually make you feel like your inside the woman's head while she reflects on her lost love for her husband, her longing for a " passionate kiss" and how " this thing called marriage ain't it grand".
George Cahill is a prolific Singer Songwriter From Philadelphia Pa. In one short year, ( October 2010 to October 2011, ) George has written three full length albums and two Extended play albums. The first album was "Hero," which was released in April, 2011 and consists of Ten Dramatic and relevant Americana Originals. Hero songs are about Fallen Firefighters, A Pro Quarterback's Comeback of the Year, The Struggle and Cure of Addictions, Lost Love and Forgiving, Revenge, and the Bed Bug Invasion are just some of the topics covered his first album. His second Album titled "Relevant" was released in September 2011 and consists of Six new original songs and three cover songs, including the haunting the award winning original song " Nuclear Fallout" . George was signed by Cinderella Records in July 2011 on his Hero album but remains an Independent on his Relevant album . George's first Extended play album was a Christmas album called The Dark Christmas. In addition, George finished a five song extended play album titled Count Cahill's Vampire Opera. A local Theater in Philadelphia has already agreed to produce the Vampire Opera. All the above was completed in a twelve month period from October 2010 to October 2011. George is working on his upcoming third full length album Titled " Solutions " consisting of ten new original songs including, "Bitter Pill, Bastard Son and Bless me Father". George and his songwriting partner, Dan Michael Minutolo, co wrote four songs on George's first two albums. Dan also does many of the arrangements on George's songs. George and his band mates are currently performing gigs in and around Philadelphia and the Tri- State area.
