Album Notes

Our name is Gayle Force Wind and we are an unsigned 4 piece Acoustic Alternative Rock band with female vocals. Gayle Force Wind was formed in 2004 in Zanesville Ohio and consists of the following members:

* Gayle Gardner ~ Vocals/Acoustic Guitar/Songwriter
* Matt Hutchins ~ Lead Guitar/Mandolin/Songwriter
* Joe Bowman ~ Bass
* Scott Hillis ~ Drums/Percussion

Currently we perform live with a mixture of originals and cover songs. We have played at several venues around Southeastern Ohio including participation at many area festivals and benefits.

We went into the studio and self recorded our debut album *Storm*. The CD contains 10 original songs with our music style ranging from Alternative to Classic Acoustic Rock. A few of our favorite tracks include: Come Back Home, Fade Away, Stuck on Stupid, Lying and Storm. The music and vocals on our CD has been compared to other artists such as; Fleetwood Mac, Alanis Morissette, Pat Benatar, Sheryl Crow & The Cranberries.

Since releasing our CD *Storm* and creating our MySpace music page we have had excellent feed back and responses from other musicians, new fans and several internet radio stations. Currently we are featured and playing in the regular “on~air” rotations of the following internet radio stations:
