Album Notes

Ghouls Against Boys is the crossover brainchild of Philadelphia based battle DJ and turntablist DJ Bevo Fett, who has worked with artists from Wu Tang Clan affiliate Killah Priest to the jazz fusion project Jazzlantis to ex Bloodhound Gang rap metal veterans Wolfpac. Relying on the punk and garage rock influence of his upbringing, Bevo Fett decided to take his knowledge base of playing several live instruments and his interest in pop culture motifs such as horror movies, comic books, and cereal, and create a hybrid musical entity that is literally indescribable genre wise, but absolutely powerful, rich, and wondrous sounding. With hints of 50's Philly doo wop, 60's garage rock, 70's new wave, 80's electro, 90's punk, and a spiraling space age comet ride into a new future sound for the millenium, DJ Bevo Fett has transformed himself into the character McDoom, and transformed his music into new heights.
