Mad Weird

by Giga Herbs

Fail your illusion. Little orcs and gnomes will guide you to the shore of our aural dominion filled with divas and shufflers, fast talkers and hustlers, boozers and losers. Now, how 'bout we have some pasta?

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Grab a little Pixie dust off your shelf, put it in a boiling pot of Unicorns and spice to flavor with Pink Floyd. The result is a dish that can only be described as silly, but epic.

AH

the instrumentation of magic
Finally, my favorite band puts out an album! To compare them to others would be unfair to their uniqueness. I have seen the Giga Herbs perform live many times at large and small venues. No matter the audience, they always lead listeners to the dance floor. The drummer, Steve, is performance art with sound. The way he plays the drums, you'd think he was born with sticks attached to his limbs. Elsa is breathtakingly sweet as she dips her fingers against the keys, creating sounds so unique and quintessential to the songs. Paul twists his voice into emotive pitches. And Eric Alter, who is also an incredible poet, plays badass bass. Not all bands look like they are enjoying each other's company. These four look as though they are each other's instrumental muses. BUY THIS ALBUM. And if you are in NYC, see them LIVE!
