"Wicked's new Glinda" Gina Beck sings with the ENO's Scott Davies in this magical new carol arrangement. Having both starred opposite each other in "Phantom of the Opera" in London's West End they are reunited, for Christmas, in a new working of 'O Little Town of Bethlehem'.
It begins with a gentle canon of the opening of 'O Little Town', sung beautifully by Beck, to give the impression of the aurora; whilst in the foreground Davies sings the 'O Holy Child' verse, as a warm string ensemble begins the chorus from Eric Boswell's 'Little Donkey'.
Written and produced by Dominic Gerrard, this song is for everyone that loves traditional Christmas carols, plus West End/Broadway Musicals such as "Les Miserables" and "Phantom of the Opera". It also features strings performed by Alexis Bennett and Flora Allison.
