Album Notes

Chicago based Singer/Songwriter Gina Gonzalez is no stranger to the music scene. She's been working in music for over 10 years and is currently working with actor/bass player Gary Sinise and the Lt. Dan Band. Gina has lent her vocal talent to four albums by various artists including Signing Einstein, in which she was featured.
Gina released her first solo album in 2001 and got a great response. Her drive to make a name for herself continued and by the following year she was playing regular weekly performances, as well as opening up for some of Chicago's best known local bands. Gina still continues to rise as a solo performer, concentrating on her songwriting. She has been featured on Chicago's very own 93 WXRT Local Anesthetic Capsule.
As an accomplished artist, Gina feels fortunate enough to be able to do something that she loves, and also to share her music with others. She is involved with Gary Sinise and the United Service Organization (USO), entertaining members of the Armed Forces in the U.S. and overseas. She was so inspired by what she experienced Gina wrote "A Letter Home" which is dedicated to the men and women in uniform.
