Album Notes

Ginger Mackenzie is a star in her hometown of Austin, TX. Where she has won 20 songwriting awards placed in the top 10 of 7 catagories in the Austin Music Awards in 2000. She went #1 worldwide on MP3.com in June of 1999 and her songs have been featured on Providence, That's Life and more major Network shows and movie soundtracks. She has been compared to a cross between Sarah Mclachlan and Lyle Lovett by the Austin Chronicle. We prefer a cross between Joni Mitchell and Cyndi Lauper.

In a world of cookie cutter, fabricated, molded, corporate front people. She's quirky, funny, smart, a lover of melody, and, most of all.....unique. You'll love all three of her records.
