Album Notes

Sinister 1990's-style beats and rhymes for bad doods, gothic ravers, and beautiful ones who love them.

God Punished Me is the result of a week long 2007 studio session channeling the ghosts of The Cosby Show's Theo, Marylin Manson as a pro surfer, and The Chemical Brothers on dayglo crotch rockets. Jamisin Matthews pushing poetic boundaries beyond his previous bands and Joe Duncan crafting beats on a homemade PC computer provide a bleak and beautiful landscape only the snow-laden memories of Chicago vengeance seekers shoved up against the throbbing hedonism of sweatdrenched Orlando dance cults could provide. These are those recordings.
