Go Go Galaxion formed in 1998 in San Francisco. For the last two years, their lineup has included founding members Craig Kester and Sean Chiki on guitars and vocals, Darron Weasler on drums and Brian Weaver on bass.
Gigging rather infrequently, Go Go Galaxion has concentrated on recording, and crafting a sound that incorporates a melodic pop/rock songwriting sensibility while giving a nod to the psychedelic style both in its sixties incarnation and later resurgences.
In April 2002, Go Go Galaxion's long awaited debut album, Great Attractor, was released. Sadly, this also marked the departure of bassist Brian Weaver.
Go Go Galaxion is currently regrouping and preparing to record it's second album.

To the man in the 67 bus. made my day!
author: PHiSHHEAD
Well, it all started when I pulled up toe 204s down in San Clemente. Just to the right was a white bus with all these great stickers covering must of the window space. His bus just screamed "friendly!" We got to talking about the grateful dead and phish..... soon he wipes out this CD. Go GO Galaxion. His brother is in the band. So I put this cd in the player and turned up the volume. Man this is some great music. All ten songs have thier unique sound to it with original lyrics. I am going to do my best to spread the song to my friends. Hopefully you guys will tour some time. Time to go back to work. Today wont be so bad since I have this new cd. THANKS TO KURT!

author: Guadalupe Diaz
So much of the music available today is cookie-cutter tripe, stale and unremarkable, riddled with bitterness and angst.
You can imagine, then, how ecstatic I was to come across an album with freshness and originality, so unlike anything I’ve ever heard. “Great Attractor” is a deep, provocative album that cries out to be listened to over and over again. With every hearing, I am drawn deeper into the web of richly ethereal audio, hypnotized by both the 12-string Rickenbacker guitar and Sean Chiki’s dreamy vocals. Aside from the wonderful music, GGG’s lyrics are thoughtful and touching, and not a single one of their songs contains the word “motherfucker” (not that there’s anything wrong with that. It just gets old after awhile).
Music does not get better than this, folks. Buy this album today and enrich your life.

Are you experienced? If yes, then you certainly don't want to be without this environmental enhancement. This music is haunting, sweet, smooth and delicious. Just lay back, open wide and say "ahhhh...".
