Album Notes

Go Like Hell - Tales of Drunken Debauchery

Like all good Rock n Roll bands this one was conceived in a bar. As Luvleggs was walking through the downtown streets of Seattle heading to his car and a likely stop off at a watering hole or two, in that same watering hole halfway to seeing double while pounding libations of the same sort were his soon to be partners in crime Dick Whiskey, Spike and Chris.

Dick told Luvleggs he was looking to start a band that had the feel of Kiss, Hellacopters and Motorhead. Needless to say he was sold and the boys got together for an unplanned jam and at the end of the evening all were beaming like school boys with a stack of Playboys and it was decided they would do it again soon.

After a few months holed up and writing they went up to the infamous Bob Lang Studios to demo a couple songs that never came to fruition. The righteous Chris man moved onto and is currently working on two projects. The boys began their search for a new singer and on one of those such searches they ended on the other side of the bar from Stacey at McCoys, after a few hours of drinking whiskey the doors flew open and like a tornado waiting for place to touch down in ambled Alexi Void fresh into town and dragging Elvis behind her. Like moths to light Dick and Luvleggs befriended the duo and explained their quest. Alexi loaded to the gills boasted of her wish to front a band along the same lines with a bit of Plasmatics thrown in for good measure. The boys were impressed and invited the duo out for a listen. From there it's all history.

Great band and a Great disc! I love the lead singer! She has the same Balls-To-The-Walls vocal abillity that Wendy-O-Williams had in The Plasmatics! This is definitely a MUST HAVE!
