Embrace Spring was recorded during a live concert. Gong Mystique members played 18 gongs, 8 crystal bowls, drums, rainsticks, chimes, a flute and didgeridoo. The CD is 78 minutes long and will help you drift into a very relaxed state.

Sound therapists use the gong to invite the body, mind, and spirit into balance. The healing harmonic vibrations enter the body, where organs and cells vibrate in sympathetic resonance, urging the body to return to its natural, healthy state. While in a meditative state, your physical, mental, and emotional stresses are released. If you allow the monkey chatter of your left brain to stop, the vibrations will open the right brain to spiritual inspiration from beyond the finite self.
